What is different about your company and a traditional consulting agency?
A consultant may advise you on what work needs to be done to meet your goals. Calloway Stern Group works alongside you to get the job done. We manage and complete projects in administration, marketing, and fundraising to increase our client’s capacity to focus on delivering their mission.
Can you explain your pricing structure?
We work on a sliding scale with our clients, based on your budget and needs.
Who is your ideal client?
We work best with organizations that know what they need but lack the staff and/or resources to do it. For the startup organization that may be designing and executing a fundraising plan to reach revenue goals. For others it may be communicating with lapsed donors to re-engage them with the organization. For a nonprofit with no development department, it could be having our team serve in that role for a set period of time.
What are some of your most recent projects?
Since 2022, we have helped more than 30 nonprofit organizations, from filing IRS and Secretary of State paperwork to developing early stage strategic plans. We have served as a fractional development department for multiple clients, designing and executing fundraising campaigns and providing targeted communications to donor groups.

We are working nonprofit professionals. We believe that there is a discrepancy between the services offered by traditional nonprofit consultants and the needs of the clientele we serve.
